Family-owned, and built on measuring before we recommend.
Meet the family-owned team that's kept Solano County comfortable since 2008 — and the one step we never skip.
Built on measuring before we recommend
HVAC Masters has been a family-owned heating and air company in Vacaville since 2008. Before founding the company, owner Fareed — "Fred" to his customers — spent 11 years working for another heating and air company, part of nearly two decades in the trade.
That experience shaped how the company works. Too many HVAC problems come from equipment that was never sized right for the home, or ductwork that can't move the air the system makes. So HVAC Masters does the unglamorous step most companies skip: we measure first.
We're licensed in California as a C-20 warm-air heating, ventilating and air-conditioning contractor (CSLB #940491), and we serve homeowners across Solano County — from repairs and tune-ups to full system replacements.
How we work
Every job starts with a 30–60 minute survey. We check duct capacity and equipment sizing before we ever quote — so the system actually fits the house.
We lay out clear choices grounded in what we measured, and let you decide. If a repair makes more sense than a replacement, we'll tell you.
We're local, and we plan to be here a long time. Our reputation in Solano County is the business.

The step most companies skip
Most companies quote from the driveway. We survey, and we measure — that's why the system we install actually fits your home.
We ask the right questions
Before anything else, the technician talks through what the home is doing — hot rooms, cold rooms, noise, bills, comfort — to understand the actual problem, not just the symptom.
A brief home survey — with your permission
We ask before we walk the house. The survey looks at the equipment, the layout, and how air actually moves through the home.
We take measurements
Real measurements — to check whether the ductwork has the capacity it needs and whether the equipment is correctly sized for the house. This is the step most companies skip. The step most companies skip.
We present your options
Only then do you get options — grounded in what we measured, not a number pulled from thin air. Clear choices, explained.
