We had a new unit installed at our old house years ago by Fred. They did a phenomenal job then. However, this review is from today. I texted Fred on a Saturday because our unit in our new house (not the one he installed) was having some issues. He came out on a Sunday and fixed it in 30 minutes — and didn't charge us. I'm not saying that will always happen, but Fred is a stand-up guy who stands by his work. Solid guy — he deserves all your HVAC business.

I have been using HVAC Masters for many years and I will always go with them. Fred is honest and up front with me always and never tries to sell me on anything I don't need. I trust his professional opinion and value his honesty and integrity. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

I'll keep it short. Requested service on Thursday. Fred responded within 30 minutes. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. Fred texted me Friday saying he couldn't make it due to an illness. He offered to come in Sunday if he was feeling better. I agreed. He showed up at the agreed-upon time — typically his day off. He was very friendly and communicative. He fixed the issue at the proposed cost and explained what he did and next steps for operating our heater. Great experience. I'll definitely reach out again if ever needed.

I recently had HVAC Masters replace two A/Cs and one heater and I'm extremely happy with my purchases. Fred took my order and Kyle installed everything with a very professional touch — they're a combo you can count on. They've been doing this for a while and know what they're doing. The systems they sell and install (Bryant) are high quality, efficient and quiet. Super happy, and I'd recommend HVAC Masters to my family and friends.

I needed my AC unit disconnected for a concrete pour, and we needed it ASAP because of when the cement trucks were scheduled. HVAC Masters were the only company of six I contacted that would accept the job and guarantee the disconnect in time. They ended up finding a bad quick-disconnect fuse, replaced it, and reconnected the unit on time — and still came in less expensive than the other company that bid but couldn't guarantee an on-time disconnect. 5 stars.

You know the story — turn the heater on for the first time in months, only to find it making an awful sound. I started reading reviews of local HVAC companies and came across HVAC Masters, where 9 out of 10 reviews were 5 stars. I called mid-day Thursday, Fred scheduled me for the next day, and he was prompt and within the time frame. He explained everything that needed repair and why, in a way I could understand, got the part the next morning, and came out to fix our furnace. This was the least painful — financially and stress-wise — service call our house has ever needed. Fred gets a 10/10 on all levels, and I'm beyond happy. It's very refreshing to cross paths with a business that displays excellent customer service paired with a strong moral compass. My AC had been on the fritz for a while, and I'd dealt with multiple HVAC companies who told me the whole system needed replacing — all with absolutely no troubleshooting. Enter HVAC Masters. Fred came by and was willing to actually troubleshoot. It turned out to be the evaporator coil in my attic, where the coolant leak was, and Fred even provided pictures to validate the fix — proof he wasn't blindly recommending random work. Since then my AC has performed like a champ. Fred kept me in the loop the whole way and worked with me to a resolution. I highly recommend HVAC Masters for any HVAC needs.

This place was super helpful. We had an issue at a rental unit during a very hot period and this was the fastest appointment we could find. While we had a completely reasonable mixup on timing, the office and the service person made it right — that made all the difference, and they're going to be my go-to's moving forward. They fixed the problem in 15 minutes, and my tenants were very appreciative with the turnaround too.

I had my HVAC replaced by a different company three years ago and had nothing but trouble every spring when it got hot. I found Fred and HVAC Masters last fall and they fixed everything — I've been nice and cool all summer. Yesterday I noticed water pouring out of the unit in the garage. I called Fred and he showed up within 2 hours, took one look, and told me my drain pipe was clogged. Ten minutes later he'd used a snake to clear it out. As always, he educated me and left me with a smile. What he didn't leave me with was a bill. HVAC Masters are customer service at its very best!

He set up the appointment right away and repaired our machine quickly, before the summer heat. Customer service is excellent and the price was honest and correct for the work done.
